Conference Hall Layout Plan
The 425 square metre Conference Hall is conveniently located at Royal Bay, partially surrounded by the rainforest. Available for business meetings and private functions, the Conference Hall seats up to 160 persons.
The Hall can be partitioned into two smaller rooms and one can choose from a variety of seating arrangements to suit a meeting or event. Audio visual equipment is available upon request. |

Note:- Round Table for banquet is calculated on using 72 inch tables with a set of 10 guests per table.
Meeting capacities are calculated allowing 3 feet per person elbow-space for more comfort.
Table dimension L - 160cm x M - 40cm.
Classroom tables 6 ft. x 18 ft. with distance of 5 ft. to next table for maximum comfort. |
